Simple knowledge about Zinc coating

Zinc coating is a non-electrolytic coated coating that provides good corrosion protection. These coatings consist of a mixture of zinc and aluminum flakes, which are bound together by an inorganic matrix.

The specifications of the Zinc Flake Coating are specified in the International Standard ISO 10683 and the European Standard EN 13858. ISO 10683 specifies the requirements for zinc sheet coatings for threaded fasteners, EN 13858 describes the requirements for zinc sheets of fasteners without threads and fasteners, as is the case for other parts.
